Sometimes a step up in care is needed beyond one-on-one outpatient counseling sessions, and Christian Family Solutions has group day treatment programs available for children and teens when more intensive therapy is needed.
- STRONG Child & Adolescent Day Treatment Program offers in-person, half-day sessions at CFS’s STRONG Center in Milwaukee. For children age 4-15.
- CFS Day Treatment for Teens offers online sessions in Wisconsin and Minnesota. For youth age 11-18.
We asked teens to submit their most pressing questions about mental health and wellness. Then our counselors provided answers! A resource for both teenagers and their parents.
- What can I do when I feel lonely?
- How should I deal with thoughts of sadness or depression?
- How do you help someone struggling with depression without offending them?
- What if homework and grades are causing anxiety?
Visit the Real Questions, Real Solutions website for more questions and answers.
