Board of Directors

Mr. Burow is the president of Catalyst Construction and has served on the Christian Family Solutions Board of Directors since 2012. Matt is a native of Wisconsin and graduated from the Milwaukee School of Engineering (MSOE) with a BS in Construction Management. He is currently active as a construction mentor at MSOE, active in Big Brothers Big Sisters, facilitates at Shepherd of the Hills in Pewaukee, and is a member of ICSC and Associated General Contractors of America. Matt and his wife, Jodi, have three children. They are members at Peace Lutheran in Hartford, WI.

Pastor James Buske has served on the Christian Family Solutions Board of Directors since 2019. He is a 1993 graduate of Lakeside Lutheran High School in Lake Mills, WI. After attending one year at the University of Wisconsin–Whitewater, he transferred to Martin Luther College in New Ulm, MN and graduated in the spring of 1998. After graduating from Wisconsin Lutheran Seminary in 2002, Pastor Buske was first assigned to serve as tutor at Luther Preparatory School in Watertown, WI, where he served as pastor, teacher, coach, and dorm supervisor for the 42 boys that lived on his floor. After two years, he was then reassigned to serve as associate pastor of Christ the King Lutheran Church in Bremerton, WA. Pastor Buske accepted the call to serve as pastor and director of the Lighthouse Youth Center and began this exciting ministry to the youth on the north side of Milwaukee in 2006. Pastor Buske has experience organizing and recruiting volunteers, and through the dedication and Christ-like love he has shown for his members, he has proven to be a strong mentor and guide for the Lighthouse youth. Pastor Buske and his wife, Terry, have four children.

Mr. Fritsch has served on the Christian Family Solutions Board of Directors since 2017. He is retired after a long career as the President and CEO of Clinicare Corporation. He has served on numerous boards over the past 20 years, including as past President of St Paul’s Lutheran Church in Muskego, former Board Chair at Wisconsin Lutheran High School, past Treasurer of the Wisconsin Association of Family and Children’s Agencies, and co-founder of the WILL Fund. He and his wife, Joanne, are members of St Paul’s in Muskego and have two adult children.

Mr. Michel began his service to the Christian Family Solutions Board of Directors in 2014. Brad is a graduate of UW-Milwaukee and is the Commercial Manager, West Region, of Specialty Channel Sales with GE Healthcare. He serves his church as a New Member Presenter and a Boy Pioneer leader. Christian Family Solutions has had a tremendous impact on Brad’s life, and he looks forward to giving back to an organization that has given so much to him. Brad and his wife, Nan, reside in Germantown, WI, with their five boys and are members of Bethlehem, Menomonee Falls, WI.

Mr. Ott has served on the Christian Family Solutions Board of Directors since 2018. He is a Commercial Lines Consultant with Integrity Insurance in Appleton, WI, and has served in numerous executive and leadership roles during his insurance career. Andy earned a BBA in Finance and Risk Management from UW-Madison and an MBA from UW-Oshkosh. Christian Family Solutions has had a powerful impact on Andy’s life, and he looks forward to giving back to an organization that helped him in a time of great need. Andy and his wife, Melissa, reside in Neenah, WI, with their three children and are members of Immanuel Lutheran Church in Greenville, WI. Andy is also a Committee Member for N.E.W. Mental Health Connections.

Mr. Winter has served on the Christian Family Solutions Board of Directors since 2017. He is a business executive and entrepreneur from southeastern Wisconsin, providing leadership and management advisory services for primarily middle-market industrial companies. He earned both his BBA in Accounting and his MBA in Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. He is a member at Christ Lutheran Church in Pewaukee, WI, where he serves as President on the Board of Directors. He and his wife, Cheryl, have two grown children.

Pastor Jeremy currently serves as pastor at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Greenville, WI and is a writer and speaker for Time of Grace Ministry. He joined the Christian Family Solutions Board in 2020. Pastor Jeremy has been married to Karen since 2000 and God has blessed them with 5 children (3 girls and 2 boys). Together, they find great joy in encouraging souls with the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

Mr. Sprewer joined the Board in 2021. With a BS in Finance from UW Milwaukee and an MA in Educational Leadership & Innovation from Wisconsin Lutheran College, Shawn is currently the Assistant Principal of Kingdom Prep Lutheran High School. Past positions include Director of the College Prep Center at Kingdom Prep Lutheran High School, Middle School Dean of Students at St. Marcus Lutheran School, and positions in Finance at Harley-Davidson and Rockwell Automation. Shawn is also on the Board of Directors at Pius XI High School. A member at St. Marcus Lutheran Church, he lives in Milwaukee with his wife Pamela and their three children.

Ms. Hicks-Tobias joined the Christian Family Solutions Corporate Concerns Committee in 2013. She earned her BBA in Accounting from UW-Whitewater and is a Certified Public Accountant. Past positions include Partner at BDO and Senior Manager at Ernst & Young and Clifton Gunderson. Michelle is currently the Controller at 7Summits, LLC, an IBM Company. She is a former Treasurer of the Wisconsin Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and is the current Treasurer of the Wisconsin Netsuite User Group. Michelle lives in Dousman, WI with her 2 teenage children.

Mr. Egelseer has served on these Christian Family Solutions boards since 2017. With a BBA from Wisconsin Lutheran College, Dave worked as a sales representative for LKQ Smart Parts for 24 years before joining Grace Evangelical Lutheran Church in Milwaukee, WI, in 2020 as their Co-Administrator.  He also serves as the Operations Chairman for The Point of Grace Campus Ministry, which serves the spiritual needs of college students on Milwaukee area campuses. He attends Grace Evangelical Lutheran Church and lives in Germantown, WI. Dave and his wife, Sarah, have three daughters.

Ms. Witz joined the Board in 2017. After attending Bethany Lutheran College and the University of Minnesota, Heidi developed Joy Creation, LLC., an event planning business with a focus on WELS ministries, and creating fine art. Heidi organizes the Christian Leadership Experience for the Antioch Foundation and is on the Mission Advancement team for The Lutheran Home Association, in Belle Plaine, MN. When Heidi isn’t networking for business or pleasure, she enjoys sewing and designing clothes. Heidi and her husband Craig have 3 children and are members of Wisconsin Lutheran Chapel in Madison, WI.

Jodi earned her BS in Structural Engineering from Milwaukee School of Engineering (MSOE) and her Master’s in Education from Concordia University. She currently works in community outreach for Catalyst Construction. Jodi also serves the Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin Foundation, the Wisconsin Lutheran High School Building Campaign, and on the Board of Directors for the Stimac Family Foundation. Jodi and her husband Matt have three children and are members at Peace Lutheran in Hartford, WI.
