The right level of care for your situation.

Mental health care is a continuum of care. Many people benefit from outpatient counseling, which is typically 1-2 times per week visit with an outpatient counselor.

Some people need a higher “dose” of care than traditional outpatient counseling can provide. When that happens, our Intensive Outpatient and Day Treatment programs provide a higher level of care. Clients can continue with their outpatient counselor and add these programs to receive more intensive treatment and feel better, faster.

The appropriate level of care is determined either during your intake process or through a diagnostic assessment (DA). DAs are typically completed by your outpatient counselor or by the medical or mental health professional who refers you to our higher levels of care.
