Adult Intensive Outpatient Programs
An IOP is a higher level of care for those with more acute cases of anxiety, depression, and other mental health disorders. IOPs provide the treatment and support you need to so you can return to your daily activities with fewer symptoms.

Those who struggle with chemical dependency often have underlying mental health issues. Our rigorous and effective treatment program equally emphasizes chemical dependency and mental health.
Child & Adolescent Day Treatment
Our STRONG Day Treatment Program has successfully treated hundreds of children ages 4-14 who are struggling with high levels of anxiety, depression, or the effects of trauma. Services are provided at The STRONG MILWAUKEE Center.
Intensive Treatment for Teens
ARMOR Day Treatment for Teens offers clinically proven and effective treatment for teens to successfully manage escalating symptoms of depression, anxiety, trauma, or other mental health conditions.
Wellness and Skills Groups
Skills groups provide adults and teens with tools to cope effectively in various life situations. Groups are a safe and structured setting to practice skills.
Psychiatry and Medication Services
We offer medication management services via secure video and in person at select locations.
The right level of care for your situation.
Mental health care is a continuum of care. Many people benefit from outpatient counseling, which is typically 1-2 times per week visit with an outpatient counselor.
Some people need a higher “dose” of care than traditional outpatient counseling can provide. When that happens, our Intensive Outpatient and Day Treatment programs provide a higher level of care. Clients can continue with their outpatient counselor and add these programs to receive more intensive treatment and feel better, faster.
The appropriate level of care is determined either during your intake process or through a diagnostic assessment (DA). DAs are typically completed by your outpatient counselor or by the medical or mental health professional who refers you to our higher levels of care.
