ADULT & TEEN WELLNESS & SKILLS GROUPS

Practice valuable coping skills with support from others.

Add a wellness or skills group to regular outpatient counseling for the opportunity to practice skills in a safe and structured setting.

These groups provide individuals with the skills needed to cope effectively with their emotions, problem-solve, and make healthy decisions. Groups are effective because they complement one-on-one outpatient counseling and give individuals the opportunity to discuss and practice skills with others.

CFS offers groups for adults and teens, both in person and online. Please see our current list of offerings below. If more intensive care is needed beyond the level of these groups, consider the next level up in care, an Adult Intensive Outpatient Program or ARMOR Day Treatment for Teens.

Clients are typically referred to these groups by their outpatient counselor. To refer to these groups, contact our Intake Team at 800-438-1772.
