Help provide counseling for called workers and future ministry leaders.
Pastors, teachers, and ministry students carry heavy burdens. Behind their faithful service, many silently struggle with anxiety, depression, grief, isolation, or burnout.
Through our Member Assistance Program (MAP), Christian Family Solutions provides Christ-centered counseling—the ministry that helps the helpers. Called workers and those in training receive confidential care that strengthens them to continue shepherding others.
Recognizing the critical need for this care, the Mattek Called Worker Support Campaign was launched in 2024 to honor Pastor James Mattek, who served as CEO and Director of Ministry at WLCFS-Christian Family Solutions for 20 years. This fund directly supports the MAP program by allowing CFS to offer counseling at an affordable rate for congregations and schools.
