Higher Levels of Care
The right level of care for your situation.
So you can get better, faster.
Mental health care is a continuum of care. Many people benefit from an outpatient program of weekly counseling, which typically includes visits 1-2 times per week one-on-one with an outpatient counselor.
Some people need a higher “dose” of care than a traditional outpatient program of treatment can provide. When that happens, an Intensive Outpatient Program or Day Treatment program can provide a higher level of care.
Patients in an intensive outpatient program can continue with their outpatient counselor and add this program to receive more intensive treatment and feel better, faster.
Our goal is to help you find the right mix of care so you or the person you refer to us can feel whole again, and live as God intends you to live.
The appropriate level of care is determined either during your intake process or through a diagnostic assessment (DA). DAs are typically completed by your outpatient counselor or by the medical or mental health professional who refers you to our higher levels of care.
Most higher level care is covered by insurance. Learn more about paying for services here, or talk with our helpful intake team at 800-438-1772. We’ll be happy to answer your questions about an intensive outpatient program and walk you through the process.
We’re committed to excellent outcomes that impact lives.
