Sarah's counseling philosophy is centered on the belief that every individual is created in God’s image and has been given unique gifts, strengths, and purpose. She seeks to meet clients with empathy and compassion while helping them recognize their value and build resilience. She focuses on Ephesians 2:10, “For we are God’s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works,” and strives to support clients as they grow in confidence and understanding of who they are.
