Bio:

Cyleer joined Christian Family Solutions in 2024, with a background in social work and child and adolescent therapy. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Social Work from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and a Master’s in Social Work, specializing in Planning, Administration, and Community Practice, from Arizona State University.

Previously, Cyleer served as a child and adolescent therapist at Rogers Behavioral Health, where she specialized in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Her expertise lies in treating children and adolescents struggling with mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, suicidal ideation, behavioral issues, and other mood disorders.

Cyleer’s counseling philosophy emphasizes resilience and emotional regulation: she believes in equipping young clients with the skills to experience emotions in waves, understanding that, like waves, these emotions will eventually subside.

Cyleer is supervised by Renee Thompson.
