Works with children, adolescents, and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, autism spectrum concerns, and cultural adjustment challenges.

Bio:

Adilene (Addy) is a compassionate counselor who is passionate about supporting individuals and families as they navigate emotional and behavioral challenges. She earned her Master’s degree in Community Psychology from Alverno College and has experience working with clients across the lifespan, from young children to older adults.

Addy has training in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and experience implementing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness strategies, and psychoeducation related to anxiety and substance use. She equips clients with practical tools to better understand their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, helping them build resilience and confidence.

As a school-based therapist, Addy partners closely with families and school staff to support students’ social-emotional development. She approaches her work with compassion and integrates faith into counseling, caring for the whole person — mind, body, and spirit.

Addy is supervised by Renee Thompson.
