Christian Family Solutions consolidates Germantown and Brookfield locations for counseling care and services

Blog

GERMANTOWN, Wis. --- Christian Family Solutions will close its Brookfield location and consolidate services at its Germantown location, W175 N11120 Stonewood Drive. This change allows the Germantown-based counseling care and services agency to create treatment spaces more conducive to the needs of its clients.

CFS outpatient clinicians in Brookfield will begin seeing clients in person at the Germantown location in August. Clients who do not wish to travel to Germantown have the option of seeing their counselor via telehealth or at another CFS location. Clients can inquire about options when making an appointment, or learn more on our website at ChristianFamilySolutions.org/counseling/outpatient-counseling.

The GROWTH Intensive Outpatient Program for adults will also move to Germantown, with the first day of this program in Germantown scheduled for July 31. This program will continue to run Monday-Thursday from 9 a.m. to noon. The GROWTH program is a higher level of outpatient care for those who need a step up in care or those who are stepping down from inpatient care. Clients can be referred into this program or may self-refer. More information is available at ChristianFamilySolutions.org/higher-levels-of-care/intensive-outpatient-program-for-adults/.

The in-person DBT skills group for teens that had been running at the CFS Brookfield location will move to the community counseling care clinic on the campus of St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, S66 W14325 West Janesville Rd, Muskego, WI. CFS has a partnership with St. Paul’s to deliver clinical services at this location. The in-person DBT skills group for teens will run Tuesdays from 6-7:30 p.m., with the first day of this group in its new location on Tuesday, August 1. Teen clients who do not wish to travel to Muskego may have the option of joining the CFS telehealth Teen DBT Skills Group. It is offered Mondays from 4 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. via secure video.

In addition to improved space for treatment, the move allows CFS to make better use of the Germantown facility, which is owned by CFS and also holds the CFS administrative offices. The Brookfield location is leased space.

Based in Germantown, Wis., Christian Family Solutions provides outpatient counseling, day treatment, and intensive outpatient programs through its clinics in 6 states as well as through telehealth.
