Amanda joined Christian Family Solutions in 2026. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Athletic Training from Messiah University in 2021 and her Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Messiah University in 2023.
Prior to joining Christian Family Solutions, Amanda gained counseling experience in university counseling centers, a faith-based nonprofit organization, and a faith-based private practice. Her approach is client-centered, strengths-based, and grounded in faith.
Amanda utilizes evidence-based interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), while tailoring treatment to each individual's unique needs. She believes that honesty, respect, and a strong therapeutic relationship create an environment where growth, healing, and lasting change can occur.
As a former collegiate athlete, Amanda has a special interest in working with athletes. She understands the unique mental, emotional, and performance-related challenges they face and is passionate about helping them prioritize their mental well-being while pursuing their goals.
