Kyle Ochsner

Mr. Ochsner joined the Christian Family Solutions Board in 2025. He serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Outreach Community Health Centers. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Applied Math from UW-Eau Claire and his MBA in Healthcare Administration from St. Mary’s University of Minnesota. He also held prior healthcare administration roles at Koru Health and Children’s Wisconsin.

Before his healthcare roles, Kyle had 13 years of service as a Math and Science Teacher and four years as Principal at Immanuel Lutheran School in Mankato, MN. Kyle is also certified in project management and Lean Six Sigma. Kyle and his wife, Kimberly, have three children. He is a member of St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in Muskego.
