Specializes in working with adults dealing with various life transition issues, in addition to school-aged children in our school-based counseling program.
Jodie joined Christian Family Solutions (CFS) in 2007. She earned her BS in Social Welfare from UW-Whitewater and her MSW from UW-Milwaukee. Since joining CFS as an outpatient therapist, Jodie has expanded her role by serving as a counselor, clinical supervisor, and manager within the School-Based Counseling Program. She currently is the CFS Director of Clinical Services.
With 30 years of experience in the mental health field, Jodie now supervises the next generation of therapists and supports our outpatient program managers to ensure CFS delivers excellent care to those in need. Whether working with clients, interns, or fully licensed therapists, she often employs a Christ-centered, client-focused approach. Her sessions and meetings may incorporate solution-focused, cognitive-behavioral, mindfulness, play, and art-based strategies.
Jodie shares, “Being an instrument the Lord uses to bring healing to His children is a wonderful experience. It’s amazing to see individuals and families transform as God gives them strength. Together, we blend therapeutic strategies and His Word to guide us.”
