Valentina specializes in working with children, adolescents, and young adults struggling with having difficulties in school, anxiety, and depression.

Bio:

Valentina joined Christian Family Solutions in 2022. She earned her BA in Public Health from Hamline University in 2017 and her Master of Social Work from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities in 2020. She is a licensed social worker in the state of Minnesota. Prior to joining CFS, Valentina worked within a school setting as a School Social Worker.

Valentina is passionate about meeting people where they are at by using a strengths-based approach and helping them find different ways to cope with what they are going through. She incorporates creative ways, such as play therapy techniques, while working with others. Valentina strives to be a light before others (Matthew 5:14-16) and to share the love that God has for us.
