Sarah graduated with a Master in Social Work from New Mexico State University in 2015. She takes an eclectic approach to therapy; however, her foundation is based in cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT). In addition, her training includes dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), Seeking Safety, and suicide prevention. Sarah’s professional experience includes handling complex mental health and substance use issues as well as coping with daily and accumulating stressors, worries, and feelings of self-doubt. She believes it is important to identify and confront issues in a non-judgmental and strengths-based way. Sarah specializes in working with individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, bipolar, substance use, and anger management.
