Specializes in helping people who feel overwhelmed, confused, unmotivated, under-appreciated, or misunderstood.
Sarah joined Christian Family Solutions in 2016. She earned her Masters in Community Counseling at Lakeland University in Sheboygan, WI and her Bachelors in Communications from Marquette University. She worked for several years in community promotions, and then spent 13 years raising her three children, providing long-term foster care, and developing a passion for endurance sports.
Sarah’s approach to counseling is rooted in a positive and supportive relationship. She uses Dialectical Behavior Therapy and Solution-Focused Therapy to help people get “unstuck” from all-or-nothing thinking and to cultivate an attitude of both acceptance and growth. She enjoys helping people tap into the power of exercise, nutrition, and their personal support systems to move forward with better mental health.
