Bio:

Samantha joined Christian Family Solutions in 2022 as part of the support and intake teams, later completing her graduate internship with the organization in 2024-2025 while earning her MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Bethany Lutheran College. Before entering the mental health field, she earned her BS in Elementary Education from Martin Luther College and taught in Lutheran elementary schools.

Samantha takes a strengths-based, growth-oriented approach to counseling. Drawing from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), she helps clients recognize their strengths, develop practical skills, and navigate life’s challenges with greater flexibility while taking intentional steps toward what matters most.

Samantha values the intersection of mental health and Christian faith, integrating biblical truth and a Christian worldview with evidence-based clinical practices to foster growth, hope, and purpose.
