Neil rejoined Christian Family Solutions in 2026 as a program therapist after previously serving in the same role with the organization earlier in his career. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Spanish for the Health Professions from Marquette University and a Master of Arts in Counseling and Psychological Services from Saint Mary's University.
Neil specializes in early childhood mental health and has more than five years of experience providing day treatment, in-home, and outpatient therapy for young children and their families. He has specialized training in Developmental Repair, trauma-focused early childhood therapy, and assessment using the DC:0–5™ Diagnostic Classification of Mental Health and Developmental Disorders of Infancy and Early Childhood.
Neil's counseling approach is collaborative, compassionate, and strengths-based, emphasizing trusting relationships while helping children and families build the skills and resilience needed to thrive.
He is also a DIRFloortime® Certified Provider, a professional trained to use the Developmental, Individual-differences, & Relationship-based (DIR®) model, often used to help children with autism and other developmental challenges.
