Naomi joined Christian Family Solutions in September 2022. She received her Master of Arts Degree in Counseling & Psychological Services from Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota in September 2015. Prior to her work at Christian Family Solutions, Naomi worked in various different levels of care for individuals who struggle with emotional and behavioral disorders such as at a residential treatment center, setting III/IV special education programs, and in an outpatient therapy setting.
Naomi has experience with providing individual therapy, facilitating children and adolescent groups, clinical care consultation, crisis management, safety planning, and providing psycheducation on aspects relating to mental healh. She utilizes a trauma informed lens when utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy techniques. Naomi is also excited for the opportunity to integrate her clients’ Christian faith into their mental health treatment.
