Bio:

Melissa joined Christian Family Solutions in 2016. She earned her Master of Arts degree in Clinical Psychology from Argosy University, Twin Cities, and her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Spanish from the University of Wisconsin–La Crosse.

Before joining Christian Family Solutions, Melissa worked with University of Minnesota Physicians, where she completed neuropsychological testing with children and adolescents. She also provided Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism in both in-home and center-based settings.

Melissa works with adults experiencing depression, anxiety, infertility, adoption and foster care concerns, women’s health challenges, stress related to life transitions, and betrayal trauma. She utilizes a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) approach to help clients identify unhelpful thought patterns, develop practical coping strategies, and move toward lasting emotional health.
