Specializes in a variety of child and adolescent mental health concerns, including anger management, trauma, depression, anxiety, problems related to school functioning, and emotional regulation.
Laura joined Christian Family Solutions in 2017 as a counselor in the Milwaukee urban school clinics. She earned her BS in Psychology from Marquette University and her MS in Marriage and Family Therapy from Purdue University.
Laura utilizes a solution-focused approach while maintaining a systems perspective when working with clients. This allows for an integration of faith throughout the counseling process.
Laura also serves as an adjunct professor at Wisconsin Lutheran College in the Psychology Department.
Laura’s favorite Bible passage for life and counseling is Philippians 4:13: “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.”
