Kim graduated with a Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from University of the Cumberlands in 2022. Her approach is primarily grounded in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and has additional training in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and trauma-focused CBT. Kim’s professional experience includes addressing self-esteem, stress management, parenting skills, and relationship concerns. She also has some experience working with children in the areas of ADHD, anger management, and impulse control. Kim believes it is important to address concerns impacting the whole person and their functioning to purposefully pursue wellness and improve quality of life.
