Joel Russow

Treatment Focus:

Family therapy and individuals of all ages dealing with crisis management, grief, anxiety, and depression.

Bio:

Joel joined Christian Family Solutions in 2024 as a graduate-level intern and graduated from Bethany Lutheran College with his master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in the Spring of 2025. Additionally, he holds two theological degrees, a Master of Divinity and a Master of Sacred Theology with an emphasis in Pastoral Care, from Wisconsin Lutheran Seminary in Mequon, Wisconsin.

Having served as a pastor for nearly 12 years in Florida until 2022, Joel transitioned to the faculty at Wisconsin Lutheran Seminary, where he currently serves as a professor of pastoral counseling and a counselor of students.

Deeply caring about people, Joel compassionately strives to walk alongside them through life's challenges. He possesses a strong desire to provide comfort and hope through God's love and Word whenever possible.
