Elyse joined Christian Family Solutions in 2021 as an advanced practice social worker at the Appleton location. She earned her BS in psychology and communication with a minor in Theology at Wisconsin Lutheran College in Milwaukee, WI. She earned her MSW from George Williams College of Aurora University with an emphasis in faith-based social work.
Elyse focuses on counseling women eighteen years old and older dealing with trauma (PTSD), learning disabilities such as ADHD, depression, anxiety, grief/loss, stress management, life adjustments, and domestic violence. She utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and integrative Christian Counseling. Elyse believes in the importance of integrating the whole person, meaning that the person’s faith is an integral part of the person and the person’s treatment.
