Dena Willmann

Specializes in adolescents and adults struggling with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, stress management, eating disorders, women’s issues, and relationship counseling.

Bio:

Dena joined Christian Family Solutions in 2019. She attended Wisconsin Lutheran College before completing her Bachelor’s degree in Communications at the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee. She graduated from the University of Wisconsin–Whitewater with an MS in Community Counseling with a Substance Abuse Specialty endorsement. Dena is a Licensed Professional Counselor and a National Certified Counselor in Wisconsin and Arizona. Dena is a registered telehealth counselor in the states of Florida, Wisconsin, and Arizona.

Dena has worked in all levels of care and higher education counseling for over 20 years including 17 years at Rogers Behavioral Health. Dena currently works in Arizona as Clinical Director for area services for CFS.

Dena specializes in using primarily Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy to help clients understand how to make desired changes in their lives.
