Working with children and families through early intervention, integrating creative approaches like narrative and art-based therapy, and, when appropriate, faith-based perspectives to support emotional healing and relational growth.
Christa joined Christian Family Solutions in 2026 as part of her practicum and internship experience. She is currently pursuing her Master of Science in Professional Counseling at Wisconsin Lutheran College (WLC) and earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of South Florida. Her background includes working with children in daycare, preschool, and elementary school settings.
Through her work with children and families, Christa has supported a variety of emotional, behavioral, and developmental needs. She has a special interest in early intervention and enjoys using creative, developmentally appropriate approaches, including narrative and art-based techniques, to help children express emotions, develop coping skills, and build resilience.
Christa approaches counseling with compassion and humility, viewing it as an opportunity to walk alongside others through both challenges and growth. Grounded in a Christian worldview, she values caring for the whole person and strives to create a safe, supportive environment where clients feel encouraged as they move toward healing, hope, and emotional well-being.
Christa is supervised by Rochelle Manzano.
