Bio:

Brooke earned her Bachelor's in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh in 2014 and her Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, with a focus on child and adolescent treatment, from Marquette University in 2016. She completed her internship at Childynamics in day treatment, working with youth and their families, and later served as a Family Therapist there. In 2019, Brooke transitioned to outpatient counseling at Aurora Health Care, where she continued working with children and families. During her time at Aurora, she led a virtual DBT-informed skills group for teenagers.

Brooke primarily uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and is a DBT-informed provider. She believes in fostering a strong therapeutic rapport through trust and by identifying individual strengths that enhance the patient-therapist relationship. Brooke has extensive experience working with youth diagnosed with ADHD, Anxiety, Depression, DMDD, ODD, and those who have experienced trauma. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, golfing, live music, attending sporting events, staying active, and spending time with friends and family.
