Ashley is a kind and compassionate therapist who works with children, teens, adults, and families as they navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, parenting concerns, school-related issues, and developmental disabilities. She uses a trauma-informed, person-centered, and family systems approach, thoughtfully tailoring therapy to meet each individual’s unique needs. Ashley creates a safe and supportive space where clients feel heard, valued, and empowered.
She earned her master’s degree in Professional Counseling from Mount Mary University in 2023 and currently serves students at St. Augustine Preparatory Academy through Christian Family Solutions’ school-based counseling program. Her professional background includes nearly a decade as a physical therapist assistant, experience in medical support roles, and clinical internship work in addiction recovery settings—all of which have shaped her integrative and empathetic therapeutic style. Ashley has received additional training in ADHD, DBT, trauma, and adoption and is continually learning new ways to better support her clients.
Ashley considers it a privilege to integrate faith into the therapeutic process, helping clients find strength in their Lord, hope for the future, and meaning in their personal journey. Her goal is to walk alongside each person through both struggles and growth, offering encouragement, understanding, and genuine support every step of the way.
