Anxiety, depression, trauma, stress management, anger management, self-compassion, forgiveness, emotional regulation, and gerontology. Alena works with people of all ages through mental health concerns.
Alena joined Christian Family Solutions in 2024 after earning a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Wisconsin Lutheran College. In 2026, she received her master’s degree in Clinical Social Work, as well as a Gerontology Certificate, at UW–Milwaukee.
Alena’s counseling approach is relational and person-centered. She believes that healing and growth happen best in a space of safety, honesty, and compassion. She sees each client as a whole person with unique experiences, strengths, and challenges. Her goal is to walk alongside clients as they work through life’s struggles—whether anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, or relational challenges—and help them move toward healing, clarity, and lasting change.
While drawing on clinical, evidence-based practices, Alena’s faith also informs how she understands people and the process of transformation. She believes hope and renewal are always possible, and that even in the most painful moments, no one is ever alone. She views counseling not just as symptom management, but as a place to become more grounded, whole, and connected in every area of life.
