God designed each of us uniquely, and our personalities are part of that design. How we each bring those gifts together in groups and teams is an important part of life as human beings. It also gives us the ability to work in vocations, or “callings,” throughout our life that help us grow in personal understanding and in becoming close to others. In this workshop, participants will increase their knowledge of their unique gifts and personality, understand how that interacts well in groups, and learn how to leverage love as the greatest reason for working together.

All of us lead in some way, whether we acknowledge it or not. And whether others acknowledge it or not, someone is following your lead. This presentation will cover some common traits of leaders and get participants thinking and talking about how they can implement those in their personal roles. Participants will focus on 4 primary leadership traits and discuss how to specifically notice and improve in those areas, with the goal of doing as much good for as many people as possible to the glory of God.

In most instances, we serve others selflessly—or at least we think we do. This workshop is designed to help participants examine motivation, payoffs, boundaries, relational issues, and other obstacles that sometimes stand in the way of true service to others. Through a series of scenarios, participants will reframe thoughts and actions to practice coming from a more self-less position in service to others.
