MINNESOTA DAY TREATMENT PROGRAMS

Minnesota Day Treatment Programs

ABOUT ARMOR

ARMOR is an adolescent day treatment program that provides a higher level of counseling care for adolescents with significant behavior and mental health issues. Our day treatment groups will incorporate trauma-focused CBT and DBT-inspired programming.

ARMOR stands for Assertive Relationships, Mindful Openness, & Regulation. We chose this name because it expresses the values and mission of our program and organization.

We know that some teens struggle with mental health or behavioral problems and need help in learning how to make positive changes. By utilizing trauma-focused care and DBT-inspired programming, the ARMOR program will provide tools to help teens make those positive changes, reduce risk for out-of-home placement, and gain stability in school and in the community.

This program falls under services available through Children’s Therapeutic Services and Supports (CTSS). Our Lakeville and Mankato clinics are certified to provide CTSS services under Minnesota Statutes 245B.0943.
