Thad serves full-time as the Director of the Career Development Center at Wisconsin Lutheran College in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and as an adjunct instructor in the college’s degree completion program. He received his BA in Psychology from Wisconsin Lutheran College in 1992 and was awarded an MS in Educational Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in 1994.
Prior to returning to his alma mater in 2007, he served as a marriage and family therapist in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and as a Family Minister in Wisconsin Rapids, Wisconsin and Burnsville, Minnesota. Thad’s interests include the doctrine of vocation/calling, strengths-based career development, and professional development, and he enjoys helping others to discover the God-given source, meaning, and dignity of their unique callings in Christ.
