Specializes in treating adults experiencing mood disorders, including anxiety and depression, as well as substance use disorders.
Taylor joined Christian Family Solutions in Fall 2016 as a mental health counseling intern. She worked as an intern until May 2017, at which time she graduated and moved out of state. Taylor returned to Christian Family Solutions in 2019 as a Dual Diagnosis Mental Health Therapist.
Taylor earned her BA in Psychology and Philosophy from the University of Northern Iowa. She received her MS in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Minnesota State University, Mankato.
Taylor has experience leading various adult groups, including topics of co-dependency, health and wellness, mindfulness, life skills, and DBT-informed. Taylor has also worked in an outpatient and intensive outpatient group setting with individuals experiencing mental health issues and substance use issues.
