Naomi joined Christian Family Solutions in 2021. She received her BA in Criminology and Voice from Southern Oregon University, her MA in Marriage and Family Therapy and Professional Clinical Counseling from Brandman University now UMASS Global in 2016, and is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California and Arizona.
Naomi has been trained in EMDR therapy, Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy (Level 1), and the Adoption Permanency Curriculum Training (ACT). She has experience providing in-home therapy, outpatient, individual and family therapy, as well as crisis assessment. She utilizes an unconditional care model, as well as a systems model while interacting with individuals, and families. She believes identifying a persons internal working model regarding themselves, others, and the world in conjunction with how they function within their familial system is an integral way to connect with them in a more global perspective.
Naomi has worked with small children, elementary age, middles, high school, young adults, middle age, and elderly people with diagnoses such as Bi-Polar disorder, Mood Dysregulation Disorder, Post-traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) in children under six and adult’s, Grief-loss, Depression, Anxiety, Domestic Violence (DV), children who have been molested, and Attention-Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD).
