I specialize in faith-informed care, treating the spiritual alongside the emotional, behavioral, and cognitive.
I joined CFS as a counseling intern in 2022. I completed a BA in Classics and History from Ripon College in 2019. As a counselor, I help clients find meaning and purpose in their lives by using a narrative approach to develop symbols and stories that are meaningful to my clients. At the same time, I assist clients in taking action to make immediate change. I am proud to work for CFS, because this organization acknowledges that spirituality can be a tremendously powerful tool for healing and making meaning, while still basing treatment on the best of science.
