Madeline joined Christian Family Solutions in 2017 as a counseling intern and now continues to practice as a Dual Diagnosis therapist. She earned her BS in Psychology and Alcohol and Drug Studies and MS in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Minnesota State University, Mankato.
Madeline has experience working with individuals with mood disorders, such as anxiety and depression, as well as personality disorders. She also has training in treating trauma-related concerns. Madeline has experience leading Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) groups for men in the criminal justice system and groups focused on increasing cognitive skills.
Madeline takes a client-centered approach to working with individuals on processing emotions, changing unhelpful thoughts and behaviors, and utilizing healthy coping skills. She believes in the value of integrating faith and spirituality into the healing process and aims to empower and instill hope in the clients she works with.
