Kristi’s personal approach and counseling philosophy is empowering each individual with the knowledge that they can affect positive change in their lives once again! Kristi specializes in working from a collaborative and strength based approach. Kristi uses CBT, DBT, Positive Psychology, and Trauma focused therapy in helping others to see that they are not alone. This is enhanced, even more so, when they take Jesus Christ along on their journey and embrace His warmth and love for them. Kristi has worked in the secular world of therapy and truly sees how Christian counseling approaches add an extra special touch of Christ’s love for them and knowledge that He, also, sits along side them in their difficult journeys and offers them purpose and acceptance of their value in His world!
