Specializes in trauma, anxiety, mood functioning, and substance abuse with adolescents and adults. She also specializes in the relationship between physical and emotional health and wellness, with an emphasis on our relationship with food, body image, and self-worth.



Jessica joined the ministry of Christian Family Solutions in 2015. She received her BA in Psychology and Communication from Wisconsin Lutheran College (Milwaukee, WI). Shortly after, she earned her MA in Clinical Psychology from Cardinal Stritch University. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Wisconsin.


Prior to joining Christian Family Solutions, Jessica provided individual and family psychotherapy to children, adolescents, and adults across a diverse range of issues in a private practice setting. She specializes in trauma work pertaining to sexual and physical assault survivors and wide-range trauma, as well as anxiety-related disorders. Additionally, Jessica emphasizes the essential mind-body-spirit connection, specializing in issues related to holistic wellness, body image, our relationship with food, and self-worth. She also gives educational presentations.


Jessica also has experience providing substance abuse services, interpersonal conflict management strategies, goal-setting techniques, and ABA therapy for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. She currently provides outpatient counseling services for adolescents and adults at our Brookfield, WI clinic.
