Jake joined Christian Family Solutions in 2020. He earned his BS in Education at Martin Luther College in New Ulm, MN. He is currently working to obtain his Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a graduation date of May 2022.
Jake was a teacher for seven years in various communities, including spending two years teaching abroad in Beijing, China. Because of his teaching background, he brings many unique and beneficial experiences with him that help him in his role of working with and building relationships with adolescents.
Jake focuses on working with high-school aged adolescents who are experiencing various challenges in their lives. He uses several counseling strategies to teach coping skills and to encourage healthy behavior. Jake is extremely excited to be working in this role where he can serve adolescents and to be at Christian Family Solutions where he can model Christ’s love.
