Mark Klug
Chief Executive Officer

Mark Klug joined WLCFS-Christian Family Solutions as Chief Executive Officer in 2015. Mark has over 25 years of experience working in the behavioral health industry, which includes 20 years of experience at Rogers Memorial Hospital and Rogers Behavioral Health in the Milwaukee, WI area. While at Rogers, Mark served initially as the Admissions and Utilization Review Manager, which eventually grew into a role as the first National Outreach Representative for the hospital. After several years of growth in services, Mark took over and directed the Marketing and Managed Care departments for the entire organization. During that time he led multi-faceted outreach campaigns and developed managed care initiatives that contributed to stronger financial performance and growth in services.

In 2010 Mark accepted a leadership role in Marketing and Consulting for Rogers Partners in Behavioral Health, and in 2015 he became the Director of Business Development for Rogers Behavioral Health, where he played a strong role in growing successful multi-specialized programs throughout the country. Today Mark feels blessed to take his valuable health care experience and lead the team at WLCFS-Christian Family Solutions that is dedicated to both ministry and mission.

Marc Devillers
Director of Finance

Marc joined WLCFS-Christian Family Solutions in July 2017 as Director of Finance. He has worked as CFO/Director of Finance for nonprofit organizations for over 20 years. Most recently he worked for an organization that helped youth through residential treatment facilities and provided counseling to girls affected by abuse. Marc has a BBA in Finance and a Master’s degree in Accounting, both from the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee.

Cheryl Hoelz
Director of Human Resources

Cheryl Hoelz joined WLCFS-Christian Family Solutions in 2013 as Director of Human Resources. Cheryl has over 25 years of Human Resources experience from a variety of industries, including non-profit, health care, government, and manufacturing. Cheryl holds a Master’s degree in Social Welfare with a focus in non-profit administration from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.

Pastor James Mattek
Director of Ministry

Pastor James Mattek has served WLCFS-Christian Family Solutions since 2004. Prior to WLCFS, Pastor Mattek was a parish pastor serving congregations in Watertown, WI and Findlay, OH. He holds a Master of Divinity degree from Wisconsin Lutheran Seminary, Mequon, WI and a bachelor’s degree from Northwestern College, Watertown, WI. As Director of Ministry, Pastor Mattek provides doctrinal leadership and works in mission advancement for WLCFS.

Jeff Klocko
Director of Mission Advancement

Jeff has worked in Mission Advancement for WLCFS-Christian Family Solutions since 1990. Before coming to WLCFS, Jeff worked as a financial advisor for a brokerage firm and at a family greenhouse business. Jeff has a business degree from the University of Wisconsin in Milwaukee. As the director of Mission Advancement, Jeff works with donors and volunteers who give of their time, talent and treasure to help financially support the healing & helping ministry of WLCFS.

Andrea Semmann
Director of Operations and Telehealth

Andrea joined Christian Family Solutions in 2014. She received her BBA from Wisconsin Lutheran College and her MBA in Healthcare from Cardinal Stritch University. Andrea is a Certified Telehealth Coordinator. Prior to joining Christian Family Solutions, Andrea has worked in the areas of social service and mental health, specializing in program management, insurance reimbursement, and areas of compliance.

She is currently the Director of Operations and Telehealth for the counseling division. Andrea’s focus is on helping the counseling staff to connect with individuals, whether face-to-face or through using video conferencing (telehealth) to increase the access for individuals seeking Christian counseling.

Dan Nommensen
Member Assistance Program Coordinator

Dan joined Christian Family Solutions in 1999. He received his BA from Wisconsin Lutheran College and his MA in Counseling Psychology from Trinity International University. Dan has seen clients through our counseling division and has been involved in developing and presenting numerous educational presentations/programs.

Dan is currently the Member Assistance Program Coordinator. Dan is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Wisconsin and Minnesota. He is a Nationally Certified Counselor, a Distance Credentialed Counselor, and a Board Certified Professional Christian Counselor. He is a member of the American Association of Christian Counselors, Employee Assistance Professionals Association, and the International Society of Mental Health Online.

Dr. Brandon Hayes
Clinical Director Fox Valley

Dr. Hayes joined Christian Family Solutions in 2006. He received his Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from UW-Milwaukee and completed his undergraduate degree in Psychology at UW-Green Bay. Prior to joining WLCFS, Dr. Hayes completed an internship at the Minneapolis Veterans Affairs Medical Center, specializing in treating clients with addictions and post-traumatic stress disorder.

In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Hayes has also served as an adjunct instructor at UW-Milwaukee and Wisconsin Lutheran College. His research on the factors influencing alcohol consumption among college students has been presented regionally and nationally. He is a member of the American Psychological Association.

Dr. Joshua Mears
Clinical Director Minnesota

Dr. Mears joined Christian Family Solutions in 2011. He received his Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology from Argosy University-Twin Cities, an MA degree in Counseling Psychology from Bethel University and his undergraduate degree in Psychology from Bethany Lutheran College. Prior to joining Christian Family Solutions, Dr. Mears completed his doctoral internship at the Minnesota Correctional Facility-Stillwater, specializing in crisis intervention and aggression reduction interventions. Dr. Mears also has five years of experience working as an in-home therapist with adolescents and their families.

Bryan Polinske
Director of Senior Services

Bryan Polinske has served WLCFS-Christian Family Solutions as the Director of In-Home Care Programs since January 2012, and now as Director of Senior Services. He has over 19 years of experience in the health care and senior housing industries. Prior to working at WLCFS-Christian Family Solutions, Bryan held leadership positions with a number of senior living communities, most recently as the COO for Fond du Lac Lutheran Homes. Bryan received his BS in marketing and communications from UW-Madison. In addition, he holds a Nursing Home Administrator license from the State of Wisconsin as well as various other senior services certifications.

Ann Jahns
Director of Marketing & Communications

Ann has served WLCFS-Christian Family Solutions since 2005 and has been the Director of Marketing & Communications since 2013. Prior to that role, Ann was the Director of Communication at Grace Lutheran Church, Milwaukee, WI. In addition, Ann has 20+ years of experience as a freelance proofreader and copy editor, having worked for several publishing companies. She is a member of the American Copy Editors Society (ACES). Ann holds a degree in American History from Wisconsin Lutheran College, Milwaukee, WI. As Director of Marketing & Communications at WLCFS-Christian Family Solutions, Ann is responsible for all the internal and external communication for the agency and promoting its mission of healing and helping.
